Behavioural / HR Interview

List of important Behavioural / HR Interview Questions asked in interviews. These behavioural questions can be asked by HR, Managers or technical panel in face to face interview or on phone interviews.

NOTE: These are frequently asked interview questions and recommended to do some home work on these behavioural interview questions before attending any job interviews. Most of the time we work on technical skill but ignore behavioural interview questions under assumption that we don’t need to prepare them and we can answer they easily. But truth is that answering these questions are really difficult and requires some home work on it.

These important list of behavioural interview questions I have created on the basis of numerous interviews and on the survey of many freshers and experienced interviewees.
